  • 1928-1931, Landesarchiv Schleswig-Holstein, Abt. 384.2n* description: History of the fonds: The Deutschnationale Volkspartei (DNVP) was founded on 24 November 1918 as the successor to various national conservative parties. The party was renamed 'Deutschnationale Front' in 1933 before finally dissolving itself on 27 June 1933. Inventory history: The documents of the Schleswig-Holstein state association of the DNVP were handed over to the then Kiel State Archives in 1935 by the former chairman of the state association, Vice Admiral Hugo Meurer, Kiel.

The university archive comprises around 560 linear metres of documents, official records and files from the period from the university's foundation in 1665 to the present day. They originate from the university management, trustees, central administration, faculties, institutes and other university facilities. The holdings include register volumes (with gaps up to 1935), graduation lists (1873 to 1913), committee minutes, personnel and appointment files, habilitation, doctorate and other examination documents, material and medical files of the Medical Clinic and the Women's Clinic, documents of the Collaborative Research Centre 17 as well as a collection of flyers and photos (the latter under the inventory signature Dept. 2003.5)
