[Personnel File Walter Bock] General Superintendent Mordhorst (Kiel) to Bracker regarding Bock's employment in Pinneberg.
UntitledBock (Kiel) to Bracker expresses his disappointment that the tighter board is asking him to drop out of his studies in Kiel. He describes his view of things. He had always wanted to return to Africa, but the board had said that a man with Bock's stricken health would never be sent to Africa. The board said it should get to 'the studies' quickly or it would retire early. By 'studies' Bock understood a study and not the Abitur. Why did the board support him financially for a few months when he did not agree with Bock's stay in Kiel? Bock had assumed that he did not need a high school diploma and would soon be sent back to Africa with another missionary society.
UntitledPersonalakte Peter Jessen] Königliches Konsistorium (Kiel) an Bracker with the news that Peter Jessen could take over the rectory in Rinkenis, Propstei Apenrade, from 01 October 1918.
UntitledPersonalakte Peter Jessen] Royal Consitorium (Kiel) to Bracker with the message that Jessen cannot be put on the parish post in Rinkenis after all, since the pastorate building is currently used elsewhere and there is no other accommodation for pastors.
Untitled[Personnel file Walter Bock] Bock (Pinneberg) about a trip to Kiel and his worries about the future.
Untitled[Personalakte Walter Bock] Bock (Kiel) to Bracker with the wish to start a study and the request for financial support.
Untitled[Personnel File Walter Bock] Bock (Kiel) to Bracker. Bock defends himself against the accusations of the board regarding his studies in Kiel. 'My heart's desire points to Africa. But if the board insists on not sending me out again, and if there is no place for me in the home mission work, I have to take over a church.' Excuse me for applying for a study grant. Bock withdraws this motion.
UntitledEvangelisch-Lutherisches Conzilium (Kiel) to Bracker with the message to use Peter Jessen for church service in Rinkenis with Danish church language. It will also be possible to find a use for Walter Bock.
