Einige Durchschläge von Briefen Kurt Hahns und Lina Richters von 1917/18 wurden im Januar 2018 als formloser Nachtrag aus Salem unter a-Nummern hier eingereiht. Ein besonderer Grund für deren Selektierung war nicht erkennbar. Auch in Nr. 5859 lagen Originale und Durchschriften durcheinander, z.T. auch in Mehrfertigungen; ebenso finden sich die Kapitelvermerke zu den "Erinnerungen" hier wie dort, so dass der Nachtrag kaum als eigene Materialsammlung für den Druck gedeutet werden kann.
