[Personnel file Walter Bock] Bock to Bracker with confidential lines. The life situation with Andersen on the ward is unbearable. Andersen maltreats the natives and is only called 'Lord of the Backpipes'. Recently, he had knocked down his foreman, who then resigned. Bock asked Andersen to behave less violently. As a result, 'I must taste and feel the full bitter hatred of Brother Andersen ever since'. Jessen follows Andersen's example and also treats the natives very rawly. Bock can no longer bear this and would therefore like to build his own new station. He would rather live alone in the wilderness, because 'from the Waha I may experience more love than from my siblings'. Andersen had already had great difficulties with Superintendent Löber in the ministry of the Brethren Church due to his native treatment and had therefore left the ministry of the Brethren Church. At that time Löber was the older one and Andersen had to leave, but this time Andersen is older than Bock and Jessen, and doesn't let the 'green boys' tell him anything. Bock asks for a bricklayer and master carpenter to help him set up a new station. He asks that binding rules be established by the board for dealing with the natives, but does not want Andersen to be reprimanded because of Bock's confidential words. This information should be kept secret by Bracker.
