Bem.: Die Akten in diesem Kapitel sind eine durchgehend geführte Korrespondenzreihe. Erhalten sind Briefe an das Museum, aber zum Teil auch Kopien ausgehender Briefe.
Die Akten befanden sich im Februar 2002 im Magazin der Museums-Bibliothek. Ein Teil der Akten befand sich in den Original-Ordnern. Von diesen wurden die Rückseiten kopiert und der Akte beigelegt.
Die Rückseiten der Original-Ordner werden in einer separaten Box aufbewahrt. (Auf der Innenseite der Ordner-Rücken ist jeweil die Nummer der Zugehörigen Akte vermerkt.)
Einige der Akten enthlten Fotografien. Diese wurden nicht eingeheftet, sondern sind in Fototaschen lose eingelegt.
