(5) Map of Southern Nigeria, and parts of Lagos Colony, Northern Nigeria, Cameroon and Dahomey (now Benin), showing rivers, major towns, the Lagos railway, and a proposed new railway line from Calabar to Nsan. Scale: 1 inch to 30 miles [1:1,900,800]. (6) Map of the area between the Cross River and the boundary between Southern Nigeria and Cameroon, showing other rivers, towns and the proposed new railway. Scale: 1 inch to 8 miles [1:506,880]. (7) Plan of Calabar (now in Cross River State, Nigeria) showing the proposed line and the planned sites of the station and sidings. Scale: 12 inches to 1 mile [1:5,280]. (8) Sheet bearing a plan and horizontal section of the proposed route. Plan to scale, and section to horizontal scale: 1 inch to 1 mile [1:63,360]; section to vertical scale: 1 inch to 200 feet [1:2,400]. Compass indicators to magnetic north to all items. Compiled in the Intelligence Division, War Office from boundary surveys, surveys by officers of the Royal Niger Company, and others. Printed at the Ordnance Survey Office, Southampton, 1901. The map is overprinted on IDWO 1390.
